Welcome!!!

Hello!

In this blog you can obtain information about the different tapas that you can find in our city, Leon.

Tapas is the name of a wide variety of appetizers or snacks in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold (such a mixed olives and cheese) or warm (such as "puntillitas", which are battered, fried baby squid)

We hope that you like this page and....Good profit!!!

See you soon!!!!

  1. Tapas sound delicious! A few grammatical notes: consider rephrasing "battered fried baby squid" as "baby squid fried in batter." "Battered" has the connotation of "beat up" (like in a fight). Also "good profit" is better reprhased as "good luck". I look forward to reading more of your blog.

  2. This introduction to your blog is very well-written. I look forward to reading more of your blog and learning more about the different types of tapas that Leon has to offer. I'm a bit unsure of what is meant by "Good profit". If you meant to say "buenas suerte" it would be translated as "good luck" in English as was mentioned in a previous comment. However, the word "profit" is usually used when referring to money.

  3. I would be interested to hear more about the concept of tapas and the various types that are popular. The concept of tapas is very foreign to us in the US because here we tend to only have large portions of one type of food rather than eat a variety of different foods. Instead of saying the very formal "In this blog you can obtain information" it might be more appropriate to say "In this blog you can learn". This is a more personal way of conveying the same thing.
